Emily and Mike were absolutely incredible. This was our first home purchase and they shared our excitement and were so patient in answering all of our questions. Emily kept us informed and educated us through the entire process. We needed someone we could trust and she was definitely there for us. Mike did lots of work behind the scenes making sure everything was set up for showings and our loan and documents were all in order. From the very start they talked to both of us and really listened. Emily seemed to figure out what kind of people we were instantly and how we would be most comfortable searching for a home. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us with the process. They didn’t just make it feel like they cared about us. They really do care. We can’t say enough how much we like them. Extra bonus points for navigating us through a closing during the Covid-19 pandemic which I’m sure threw numerous uncertainties and difficulties into things, but everything happened perfectly.
